This notice explains what personal data MaschinMind processes, why it is needed and the rights available to you.

Data and purposes
We may process contact details, messages, account and contract information, and technical security logs to deliver the service, answer enquiries, protect the platform and meet legal duties.
Legal basis and retention
Processing relies on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent. Data is retained only while the purpose or a legal requirement remains.
Service providers and transfers
Authorised hosting, email, storage and payment providers receive only the data needed for their work and are governed by contracts and appropriate safeguards.
Customer production data
Authenticated application data is segregated by customer company and processed under the service agreement and, when applicable, a data processing agreement.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@maschinmind.com. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
