An overview of the MaschinMind terms.
Website and service terms
These terms cover the MaschinMind website, demonstrations and subscriptions. Customer-specific terms are set out in the private customer agreement.
Provider
MaschinMind, registration no. 850214-7757, VAT no. SE850214775701, Kronetorpsgatan 74, 212 27 Malmö, Sweden.
Permitted use
The service must be used lawfully and according to contract. Intrusion, unauthorised security testing, disruption and copying protected material are prohibited.
Demo and subscription
A demo runs for 14 days after explicit versioned acceptance. Subscription price, scope, user limits and payment terms are stated in the customer agreement.
Support and availability
Standard support is available Monday–Friday 08:00–15:00 Europe/Stockholm. P1 incidents may be reported at any time; resolution outside support hours is not guaranteed.
Customer data and security
Customers are responsible for authorised users and accurate information. MaschinMind applies technical and organisational safeguards and processes personal data under its privacy notice and applicable agreement.
Intellectual property
MaschinMind software, design, documentation and brand materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. Customers retain rights to their own data.
Termination and law
Unless otherwise agreed, customers may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. An undisputed unpaid invoice may lead to suspension only 14 days after written reminder. Swedish law applies.
